Please be informed that prices are subject to change without notice; despite this said, quotes given to customers are valid for 30 days.
2. Sample and Design Confirmation:
- A sample will be created for your review and approval before the production.
- Only after your approval we will start the production.
- Please understand that all samples will require a non-refundable advance payment before the sample is sent.
3. CURRENCY:
We deal in USD (United States Dollars) unless another currency is specifically mentioned.
4. PAYMENT PLAN:
- Before we start the production a 50% deposit of the entire order amount is required.
- When the order is complete the remaining 50% must be paid before shipping.
- Existing customers with a good payment record can discuss different payment terms as needed.
5. LATE PAYMENT:
- Delays in payment could impact the timing of order production and delivery.
- It’s important to Make payments on time to make sure that your orders are manufactured and delivered smoothly.
6. ORDER CANCELLATION:
- Orders canceled within two days of the order’s placement are entitled for cancellation without any fees.
- Requests for cancellation made after the production started may result in extra fees.
7. DELIVERY AND SHIPPING:
- The final invoice will include the shipping charges.
